What this program covers

Telecommunications networks generate enormous volumes of data every second — call detail records, signal quality metrics, equipment fault logs, and traffic patterns. Most organizations collect this data but use very little of it. This program is built around the practical question of how AI changes that. We cover how models are deployed inside real network environments, not just theoretically described in a slide deck.

The curriculum runs across three months and is structured around five applied areas: network traffic prediction, fault detection and root cause analysis, automated provisioning, customer experience modeling, and financial operations — including how platforms like QBO Intuit are used to connect operational data to billing and reporting workflows. Each module includes recorded demonstrations from practitioners who work on these systems day to day.

This isn't a certification mill. Progress depends on completing structured exercises, and instructors review submissions with written feedback. Participants who complete all five modules receive a verified completion record from Tanthex, but the real output is practical ability — knowing how to apply these methods in a real environment.

Month 1 — Data Foundations

Understanding telecom data types, cleaning pipelines, and working with CDR and SNMP-based sources at scale.

Month 2 — Applied AI Models

Traffic forecasting, anomaly detection, and predictive maintenance using supervised and unsupervised learning.

Month 3 — Deployment and Operations

Moving models into production, monitoring drift, and connecting outputs to operational tools including QBO Intuit-based financial reporting.

Program at a glance

Structured around what actually takes time to learn — not what looks good in a brochure. Designed for telecom engineers, data analysts, and product managers who need working knowledge, not just awareness.

Who teaches on this program

Instructors are selected because they work in the field, not because they have the most impressive-sounding biography. Each one brings a specific area of technical depth and teaches from direct experience with real deployments.

Dmitri Voß, Network Automation Specialist
Dmitri Voß
Network Automation

Spent 11 years building and maintaining automated provisioning systems for mid-size carriers. Teaches module two with heavy focus on practical tooling and failure recovery.

Simone Achebe, AI Systems Engineer
Simone Achebe
AI Systems Engineer

Works with anomaly detection pipelines across distributed telecom infrastructure. Her sessions cover what actually goes wrong when models hit production data — a gap most courses ignore.

Ioana Petrescu, Operations and Reporting Lead
Ioana Petrescu
Operations & Reporting

Focuses on the operational side of AI deployment — connecting model outputs to business workflows and financial systems. Covers QBO Intuit integration for telecom billing and cost reporting.

Common questions

A few things people usually ask before they commit time to a program like this.

No, but you should be comfortable working with data. The first module assumes you understand basic statistics and have some experience writing scripts — Python or similar. We don't teach programming fundamentals; we start from there and move into applied modeling.

Each module ends with a practical exercise — typically analyzing a provided dataset or configuring a small pipeline component. Instructors review submissions within five business days and provide written notes. There are no timed tests or pass/fail grades.

Yes. All video content and written materials remain accessible for twelve months after your enrollment date. After that, access requires a separate archive subscription. Most participants find they refer back to the deployment module most frequently.

Tanthex operates nationally and the program is available to participants across all US regions. International access is available in most countries — contact support@tanthex.com for specifics regarding your location.
