These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the services, platform, and content provided by Tanthex ("we," "us," or "our") through tanthex.com. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

By creating an account, purchasing a course, or otherwise accessing any portion of our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms of Use, as well as our Privacy Policy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Tanthex.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account and use our services. By agreeing to these Terms, you represent and warrant that:

• You are at least 18 years old;
• You have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement;
• You will use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms;
• All information you provide during registration is accurate, current, and complete.

If you are accessing the platform on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process and to keep your account credentials confidential. You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

You must notify us immediately at support@tanthex.com if you suspect any unauthorized access to or use of your account. We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, contain false information, or are involved in fraudulent or abusive activity.

4. Platform Access and Use

4.1 Permitted Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Tanthex grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes.

4.2 Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in any of the following:

• Copying, reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any course content without prior written authorization;
• Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to access the platform using your account;
• Using automated tools, bots, scrapers, or other means to extract data from the platform;
• Reverse engineering, decompiling, or attempting to obtain the source code of the platform;
• Uploading or transmitting harmful, offensive, defamatory, or unlawful content;
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the platform;
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the platform or its related systems;
• Using the platform to promote competing products or services without authorization;
• Engaging in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.

4.3 Availability

We strive to maintain uninterrupted access to the platform but do not guarantee that the platform will be available at all times. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the platform at any time without notice or liability.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Tanthex platform, including but not limited to videos, written materials, graphics, audio recordings, software, and course structures, is the exclusive property of Tanthex or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited license to access enrolled course content for personal use only. This license does not include the right to:

• Download, record, or permanently store course content except where explicitly permitted;
• Redistribute, resell, or sublicense any content to third parties;
• Create derivative works based on platform content without written consent.

Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you provide regarding the platform may be used by Tanthex without obligation to you.

6. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds

6.1 Pricing

All prices displayed on the platform are stated in US dollars unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to change pricing at any time. Any price changes will not affect purchases already completed.

6.2 Payment Processing

Payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method and that the information provided is accurate. Tanthex does not store full payment card details.

6.3 Subscriptions

If you purchase a subscription plan, it will automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel prior to the renewal date. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting support@tanthex.com.

6.4 Refund Policy

Refund eligibility is determined by the specific terms displayed at the time of purchase. Unless otherwise stated, refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the original purchase date. Refunds are not available for partially consumed course content or subscription periods already elapsed. We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear to be abusive or made in bad faith.

7. User-Generated Content

Our platform may allow users to submit comments, questions, forum posts, or other content ("User Content"). By submitting User Content, you grant Tanthex a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute such content in connection with operating and improving the platform.

You are solely responsible for any User Content you submit and represent that it does not infringe any third-party rights, contain unlawful material, or violate these Terms. We reserve the right to remove any User Content at our sole discretion without notice.

8. Third-Party Links and Services

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or integrate third-party services. These links are provided for convenience only. Tanthex does not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party services. Your interactions with third-party services are governed solely by their respective terms and policies.

9. Disclaimers

The platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Tanthex expressly disclaims all warranties, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that:

• The platform will meet your specific requirements or expectations;
• Course content will be error-free, complete, or current at all times;
• The platform will be available without interruption or technical issues;
• Results obtained from using the platform will be accurate or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Tanthex, its directors, employees, partners, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of or inability to use the platform, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid to Tanthex in the twelve months preceding the claim or (b) one hundred US dollars ($100).

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Tanthex and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the platform, your User Content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause or notice, if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in conduct that is harmful to us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your license to access the platform will immediately cease. Provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, disclaimers, and limitation of liability.

13. Governing Terms and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be interpreted and governed in accordance with generally accepted principles of commercial law applicable to online platforms and digital services, without regard to any specific jurisdiction's conflict of law rules.

In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the platform, both parties agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it may be submitted to binding arbitration conducted by a recognized arbitration body under its standard commercial rules. Each party shall bear its own costs of arbitration unless the arbitrator determines otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief where appropriate to protect intellectual property rights or confidential information.

14. Modifications to the Platform

Tanthex reserves the right to update, change, or discontinue any feature, course, or aspect of the platform at any time. We are not liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of services. We will endeavor to provide reasonable notice of significant changes where practicable.
